The sidebar scheduler waited for playback and used full stream extraction for titles. Use independent utility-priority title requests, native YouTube oEmbed, and metadata-only extraction for generic sites. Preserve foreground title precedence and stale row protection. Verified: make check-youtube check-queue check-resolved check-adaptive check-stream all.

- in compact mode, "side"bar should be expandable downwards (but hidden by default).
- let's also add a keybinding that toggles sidebar visibility in both normal and compact mode.
- also add some horizontal margin to the list entries
- sidebar: fetch data quicker, so titles are populated independently of current-video stream extraction (including the current row); arrival still depends on the site/network.
